POSTAGE & RETURNS
All dresses carry a flat rate of £25 postage fee to UK mainland. Items are sent by courier, with a signature on delivery service. Any postage outside of UK mainland will be calculated after the sale is complete. If in doubt, contact us for a quotation.
Exchanges and Returns
You must notify us and receive a response from us before returning an item. without prior agreement to receiving the item back we will not refund it. This is because we must make firm arrangements with you, the customer, about how and when we receive the item back, how to process your refund and to check whether you wish to exchange an item for something else. These dresses can be quite big and we can advise you of the best services to use, and we can also establish details of the return.
Return postage is to be paid by the customer. Young Romantics will not pay your return postage, except in situations where we are responsible for an error. Using an insured service is recommended. Ask for details.
You do not have to provide a reason for returning an item, we give you a no-quibble guarantee, as long as it sent back within the guidelines below.
All refunds are paid upon receiving your returned item, provided you send it within 14 days from the date the item was sent to you. Any item that is returned without the label still attached to the dress by the plastic tag will not be accepted. Items must be returned unworn and undamaged, in the condition they were sent to you in and in their original packaging.
Photographs will be taken of each dress before it is boxed up to you.
No refunds will be given on items described as faulty or damaged at point of sale.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.
